Lighting studies were undertaken in order to organize the rooms in a flowing cascade that optimizes the sunlight and sections different parts of the home into daylight and moonlight areas. There is no part of this penthouse that is not thoroughly thought out.

Inside the primary suite, the ultimate owner will experience a true indoor/outdoor quality of life with fresh breezes upon waking to the sunrise over the Biscayne Bay.
