The rumors that you all have been asking about are true…the Four Seasons Private Residences in Coconut Grove is finally going to launch sales next week!

The tower will stand 22 stories and include approximately 70 residences with NO HOTEL COMPONENT. The Four Seasons Coconut Grove will be developed by a collaboration of Ugo Columbo, who is also developing Vita at Grove Isle in Coconut Grove, and Fort Partners, the same group that brought us The Surf Club Four Seasons, in Surfside, Florida.
