Our Day In The Well, Where Tom Brady Has Relocated His Office Space In Bay Harbor

While those who exist in circles of wellness-focused people are already intimately familiar with The Well, it is now on the world’s radar and we decided to go experience a day in the flagship spa and report what life will be like where Tom Brady recently acquired an office space in Bay Harbor Islands near his palacial home on Indian Creek Island.

Many did not realize that Brady had an office, he is a retired football mega-star. But he has been wise with his wealth, opening an investment firm and family office in order to retain his wealth and live peacefully in his retirement. It only makes sense that he would choose The Well at 11160 Kane Concourse as his office location.

As someone who is notoriously health conscious, The Well offers Brady a perfect environment to nurture his energy and mindset as well as those he employes. The entire concept of The Well is a partnership between the famous wellness center and David Martin’s Terra development, who added the residential and office concept. Together the partnership has created an incredibly private and serene retreat for whole-life living.

While the project has undoubtedly received a rush of notoriety, there are just 66 residences for sale, ranging in price from $1.25 million up to $7 million. The layouts are between 1-4 bedrooms with views of Bay Harbor, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour. With such a boutique feel, even a high-profile neighbor will not disturb the sense of peace and privacy.

Our Day At The Well

In order to get a feel for what Brady and his employees will enjoy when the building is completed next year, Jaimee and I took a quick trip to their flagship wellness center in New York for a spa day. The overall consensus was that The Well absolutely would be something our clients will love!

We began early in the morning with a 60-minute Vinyasa yoga class followed by a 30-minute foot scrub and massage. That grounded our energy and set us up for the ultimate of relaxation and rejuvenation.

After the massage, we stopped by the restaurant to enjoy açai bowls and bone broth. To put it in perspective for the Miami clients, the restaurant’s vibe was very similar to Pura Vida, very fresh and wholesome and a local staple.

Following the snack, we spent some time in the private cold plunge room and sauna room. It is here that you switch between the two extremes to re-invigorate your circulatory system. Some may think this sounds terrible, but I can assure you, the shock to your system is completely worth it.

The Well also offers an infared sauna room, where there is a private treatment room offering medical-grade light therapy. An array of 12 different color settings each offer a unique physical, mental or spiritual benefit.

From there, we enjoyed a 90-minute acupuncture session follwed by 90-minute massages. As someone who routinely receives acupuncture from a traditional Eastern medical doctor, Jaimee raved about the experience. She said it was the best session she has ever been through, the doctor was phenomenal. We had default acupuncture as well as cupping.

We ended the visit with a visit to the co-ed steam room and dry sauna where we shared our thoughts on The Well. Throughout the spa, there are several quiet lounging areas that are all very clean and comfortable. You can experience different infused waters, teas and light snacks in between sessions. Members are also offered a separate space where you could work from your laptop or just relax between appointments.

Overall, our visit to The Well was a stellar experience. The location in Bay Harbor is slated to open next year and we firmly believe in the project. The synergy from the different teams who are collaborating on it is simply outstanding.

This is a project that is unique in its offering, something that will transcend time from an investment perspective, hold its value and keep you sharp and grounded during your time there.
