After their grand debut last month, many people are curious. How did Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove turn out? The first partnership between the Cipriani brothers and David Martin’s Terra Group was a highly sought-after project during the preconstruction period, and sold out very quickly. Many buyers were left on the waiting list and the anticipation has been high of how the Meyer Davis-designed tower turned out.
We were able to take a tour of the building recently and lucky enough to capture some photos of the amenity spaces. Photography in amenity spaces is not always allowed due to the privacy of residents, so we felt honored to be granted this access. After the tour, we were impressed to see that the building turned out even better than promised.

The Mr. C Residences’ Main Pool
Starting with the pool area, there is plenty of space for sunning and private cabanas as well for lounging. If you are looking to host a gathering or just prefer to be by the pool instead of in the pool, the covered patio area is expansive. It also includes a food & beverage bar for hosted events.

Mr. C Residences’ Indoor Social Areas
On a rainy day, there are still plenty of places to commune at Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove. The party room is elegantly-appointed and offers billiards as well as lots of lounge and conversation spaces.
With the solid marble dining table in the social room, this is the perfect spot to host large dinners outside of your home, yet still through Mr. C. The same room could convert to a luxurious place to host a professional presentation or meeting, with a large TV and coffee bar near the table and plenty of other seating. If you are looking for a more formal office space, the formal board room offers all of the privacy and amenities you could possibly need.
Part of the beauty of this project is that you get to experience the level of service offered through the famed Cipriani brand, while living in the luxurious quality construction that Terra Group offers. The icing on the cake is that it is right here in Coconut Grove, where we have a very unique quality of life.
Throughout the amenities, you can easily identify the touches from Cipriani in the interior design as well as the curved lines on accent walls and the deep and light contrasting tones in the furnishings and finishes. The brand’s personality is present at every corner.

Perched on top of the 21-story tower is an additional private pool deck with a sweeping view and another social area.
Throughout the project, Terra had intended 118 residences however, during the preconstruction sales period many people opted to combine residences into custom floor plans. This left just 94 finished homes, so the building is by no means a high-traffic area. The residents will enjoy all of the services of Mr. C Hotels, but in the privacy of their own building.
