Charles Leclerc Commits To EDITION Miami Residences in Edgewater

Whether he wins or loses on the track this weekend at the Miami Grand Prix, Scuderia Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc is a winner in Miami. In between qualifiers, the 26-year-old superstar racer chose a gorgeous waterfront residence at the upcoming EDITION Miami Residences in Edgwater to add to his condo collection.

Specifics of the residence Leclerc chose are under wraps, but the new tower is a natural choice for a racing superstar. While the project does bear the EDITION Hotel name, the brand offers EDITION amenities and services only. There is no hotel component, adding to the level of privacy offered to the residents.

With an expansive 45,000 square foot suite of amenities, Leclerc will have plenty of services to stay pampered, healthy and occupied during his time in Miami. He will even be able to work from home with a high-tech racing simulator! Who would have thought an F1 Race Driver could have a fully-functional home office??

Other amenities that are offered include an 800-foot baywalk lining the tower, lush waterfront gardens, a poolside garden lounge and bar, a wellness center that includes fitness, yoga and pickleball as well as an EDITION-operated full service spa. For residents that are expecting company, six guest suites are available for reservation but this is ONLY for guests of residents. It is not a hotel.

Inside the residences, owners enjoy private elevator lobbies with expansive views of the Biscayne Bay as well as the Downtown Miami skyline. The open-concept gathering areas include integrated Italkraft kitchens with Wolfe and Sub-Zero appliance suites and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The bedroom suites feature large sleeping areas with boutique-style closets and spa-inspired baths. The primary baths are set to include stone countertops, freestanding soaking tubs and dual vanities for a spacious and calming living experience.

The layouts offered range in size from 2,315 square feet to 2,709 square feet with 2- to 3- bedrooms, making the living spaces notably larger than what is expected in the neighborhood. There are a total of 185 Signature Residences spanning the 10th to the 40th floors of the 55-story tower. Prices currently start at $3.1 Million.

With groundbreaking anticipated later this year, the tower is scheduled to undergo a 36-month construction timeline.
