Cipriani Residences in Brickell Unveils New $32 Million Penthouse

On the heels of their monumental $16.2 million sale of Penthouse 1, their $600 million construction loan, and project groundbreaking, MAST Capital and Cipriani Residences have lifted the cover on Penthouse 3, an opulent 6,000 square foot residence in the sky that is asking $32 million.

Cipriani Residences is the famed family’s first ground-up residential project, although the brand has been active in the luxury lifestyle arena for some time. Over the last 90 years, the four generations of the Cipriani Family have heralded restaurants, event spaces, luxury hotels and private membership clubs as well as luxury residential redevelopment. The concept of ground-up branded residences is a natural progression for the eponymous brand.

With Cipriani Residences Miami, the family has partnered with 1508 London, a renowned design firm that has put together 397 luxury residences within the 80-floor development.

Among the top 18 floors of the tower, residents will find the Canaletto Collection, an assemblage of 74 sky homes with an elevated style palette that includes the penthouse levels.

Owners within the Canaletto Collection are offered exclusive privileges within the development as well as other institutions that fall under the Cipriani umbrella of brands. This includes priority access to a private Cipriani speakeasy and private dining spaces, separate lobby entrances and global concierge services.

During the summer of 2023, the market was enamored with the first release of this collection. The stunning Penthouse 1 was introduced with 4,888 interior square feet and an amazing 4,333 square foot terrace hit the market for $16.2 million only to sell shortly therafter.

The more updated “Contemporaneo” package still incorporates the design elements of the brand albeit with a more contemporary flare.

Cipriani Residences Miami offers one- to four-bedroom residences from $1.7 million. The Canaletto Collection is offered from $3.95 million and penthouses priced from $9.5 million.

Since its launch in March of 2022, over half of the 397 residences have been sold. Construction is expected to finish in 2028.
