Michael Stern's Dolce & Gabbana Tower Advances In Brickell With Zoning Approval


Michael Stern’s 81-story tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District is moving forward according to court records. The Dolce & Gabbana-branded tower has won their first step of zoning approval from Miami-Dade County with an 11-0 vote.

According to the new site plan, the tower will be built to 81 stories with 259 residential units, just under 103,000 square feet of commercial space with retail, restaurant, spa and wellness center (gym) uses. There will also be 273 parking spaces.

The elevations show that the tower will rise 1,049 feet, which goes to the maximum allowed in that area due to the proximity to the flight paths going into Miami International Airport.

As of today, residences at 888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana are slated to range from one to four bedrooms and Tier 1 (friends and family) prices are set to range from $1.6 million to $11 million. Penthouse prices and details have not yet been released.
