A world-class team has converged in Coconut Grove, set to bring an iconic standalone residential offering to Miami’s historic Coconut Grove. The Four Seasons Private Residences, Coconut Grove has officially launched, with the development team of Fort Partners and CMC Group releasing the first official renderings and details.
The project is spearheaded by a partnership between Miami’s CMC Group and Fort Partners, two of the most prolific Florida development companies.
CMC Group is led by Ugo Colombo, whose mark is already left on the Miami skyline with such uber-successful projects as Epic Residences in Downtown Miami, Brickell Flatiron and Santa Maria in the Brickell Financial District and here in Coconut Grove, he has built The Grovernor House. In addition to these projects, he is in the process of building the much-heralded Vita at Grove Isle.

Fort Partners has become a household name through their penchant for historic preservations and the Four Seasons brand. They famously redeveloped The Surf Club in Surfside to one of the most successful projects in the history of Miami Beach, The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club as well as The Four Seasons Hotel Miami in Brickell and the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. In all Fort Partners has a portfolio of five Four Seasons properties in the United States and six in Europe.

As can be expected, the layouts, finishes and amenities are incredibly inspired, luxurious and precisely planned. Owners will enjoy 11-foot ceilings throughout their residences to compliment the open and spacious floor plans. Bespoke Italian kitchens by Molteni and Bönan will offer integrated Miele appliances. The bathrooms are well-appointed with Noorth cabinetry and paneling with Margraf marble finishes. Each home is accessible by an intimate private elevator with the latest in-home automation and lighting control systems.

Outside of the residences, Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove plans an extensive collection of luxe amenities that will include a private restaurant from a notable chef, a library, The wellness center is slated to include a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga and pilates and a spa complete with cold plunge for circulation, hammam, and spa services.
Residents will also enjoy an expansive pool deck and bar lounge serviced by Four Seasons, which includes all of the legendary benefits of the Four Seasons Hotel brand including a dedicated Director of Residences, concierge, housekeeping, butler, in-residence dining, valet and wellness programming.

In total, the 70 residences are set to include two- to four- bedroom layouts with up to 3,980 square feet. The four penthouses will range from almost 6,500 square feet to 9,690 square feet. Rising 20 stories over Downtown Coconut Grove, residents will enjoy unobstructed views of the sailboats in the bay and the park. Prices have not been made publicly available, but are disclosed privately to interested and approved parties.
