Construction is underway on the inaugural tower at The St. Regis Sunny Isles Beach. Since the groundbreaking in late August of the previous year, construction at The St. Regis Residences has advanced smoothly and on schedule. Coastal Construction, the construction partner, meticulously oversees the intricate underground foundation work conducted by Keller Worldwide. This comprehensive process involves pre-drilling, permeation grouting, deep soil mixing, and installing cast piles, featuring the longest pile driver ever used in Florida. The final phase will consist of a 40-foot-deep excavation for the underground parking garage, all progressing seamlessly as planned.

Simultaneously, preparations for the launch of the North Tower are well underway, marking another significant milestone for this prestigious development. The developers have initiated the building process after successfully selling approximately $900 million worth of units as of Q3 last year, equivalent to roughly 75% of the total 175 units in the first tower. Notably, a penthouse priced at $55 million was rumored to be included in the sales figures.

St. Regis Sunny Isles: The Tallest Towers on the Beach

The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, is a duo of standalone towers situated along 435 linear feet of pristine beach. The comprehensive plan encompasses a total of 336 residential units across the two towers. Both towers are designed to stand 62 stories tall, each soaring to a height of 750 feet.
